# AS A SENIOR FULL-STACK WEB DEVELOPER, YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Developing solutions for challenging projects.
- Building MVP experiments for new product ideas.
- Helping to architect front-end/back-end frameworks.
- Working well with other team members to make smart decisions.
- Being able to deliver on time.

- Strong experience in building web applications.

***REQUIREMENTS:
- Frontend: Having strong experience with at least one of the major javascript frameworks such as: Angular (preferred), React, Vue, Ember.
- Backend: Having strong experience with at least one backend frameworks. Node.js frameworks are preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience with React Native or other native mobile programming languages is a big plus.
- Experience with building large, complex projects is a plus.
- Working with open source projects is a plus.
- Experience in analytical and problem-solving skills is a big plus.
- Experience with Cloud platforms (such as AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) is a plus.
- Experience with Continuous Integration/Deployment (such as: CircleCI, GoCD, Jenkins) is a plus.

Compensation & Benefit
- At least one month salary bonus based on your performance every year
- Reimbursement for English and technical courses/books.
- Salary according to staff capacity
- Basic salary increase once time/per year, and income levels increase according to the productivity and experience of staff contributing reality to the project.
- Probationary salary is 100% official salary.
- Lunar New Year (minimum bonus of 13 months salary and up to 18th-month salary depending on the business situation ), 2/9, 30/4 (minimum 10% depending on the business situation)
- Bonus according to the project
- Outstanding individual bonus.
