Job Requirement
Position: ASSISTANT HR MANAGER
Job Responsibilities: You will be mainly responsible for recruiting in the Human Resources Department.
- Selecting recruitment channels and media
- Interviewing and preparing job applications for the department
- Planning and organizing seminars
- Coordination with recruiting agents and candidates
- Paper Selection, company explanation, setting up and conducting interviews
- Planning and operation of internships
- Notification of working conditions and follow-up of job offers
- Planning and operation of internship, notification of working conditions, and follow-up of candidates whO have been offered positions
- HR-related project work (multinational recruitment, recruitment of people with disabilities, promotion of women's activities, etc.)
■Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English.
Basic communication in Japanese would be a plus.
Experience in human resource management at a company
■Welcome Requirements
Knowledge in specialized field of human resource management.
Knowledge of labor laws in Japan and overseas.
Work location: Tokyo, Japan
Working hour:
Fixed Working Hours 8:45~17:15
Flexible Working Hours(Starting hours 5:00~10:30・Ending hours 13:30~22:00)
Core Time 10:30~13:30(Lunch break 12:00~13:00)

*Work-from-Home arrangements available(Only applicable to specific groups/Not available during probation)
Qualification
- Bachelor
- 2 - 3 years
Compensation & Benefit
- Basic Pay:268,800~306,000¥ / month
- Meal Allowances:16,000¥
- Fixed Overtime Pay(10hrs equivalent):22,400〜25,500¥
※Salary will be based on skills and experiences
※For overtime work exceeding 10hours, additional overtime pay will be provided for the number of hours exceeded.
※Regarding Bonus:Subjected to changes based on Personal Performance Evaluation, Organization Evaluation, and Company Performance
